How to Fix Error OL-301

1. Check Your Internet Connection

2. Verify Bank Server Status

Visit your bank’s website to see if they're facing downtime or maintenance.

Note: If the bank is down, QuickBooks cannot connect until service is restored.

3. Update QuickBooks

  • Open QuickBooks
  • Go to Help > Update QuickBooks
  • Install latest updates

4. Refresh Bank Connection

  • Go to Banking
  • Click Update
  • Wait for the process to complete
